  • This role is hybrid focused, with a requirement and willingness to go into office at Logitech’s San Jose Campus.

The Microsoft Technical Alliance Manager will play a key role in achieving Logitech’s growth objectives for its Video Collaboration & B2B business by leading technology initiatives with Microsoft. The Microsoft Technical Alliance Manager will be part of the B2B Alliances & Go-To-Market team and will be responsible for successfully executing the technology partnership with Microsoft and driving technology integration and joint initiatives to grow the business around our joint solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the technology alliance with Microsoft at the corporate level and support various teams across GTM, marketing, product, engineering and commercial teams to ensure a healthy and successful mutually beneficial partnership
  • Develop a strategy for joint technology initiatives encompassing product integrations, a robust QA process of joint solutions, processes for joint troubleshooting of issues, in order to meet business objectives with clear goals and an execution plan
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for Microsoft across the portfolio
  • Internally serve as an advocate for the Microsoft alliance partnership and co-ordinate with various teams internally, such as QA, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product and Engineering to ensure that alliance partner initiatives are successfull
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the joint solutions developed with Microsoft and assist in global deals, product marketing and go-to-market initiatives
  • Create and manage product certification programs where applicable
  • As the SME, support sales and marketing teams with the creation of Microsoft partner-focused content, sales enablement materials, and competitive positioning
  • In collaboration with Microsoft and Logitech marketing, go-to-market and commercial teams, plan and execute on participation in partner-focused events and tradeshows, creation of channel offers/promotions, joint sales pursuit, seeding and trial/pilot program, and use of demo centers and other customer immersion centers to generate awareness
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of the partnership with Microsoft

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience. A minimum of 5 years in a technical role
  • Experience in managing joint innovation initiatives
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with videoconferencing, Unified Communications, and collaboration markets
  • Experience with collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business, Google Meet, Zoom, GoToMeeting, WebEx, and BlueJeans
  • Experience with building and managing alliances with companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, Amazon, or Google
  • Experience with project or program management
  • Ability to comprehend and become a subject matter expert in the partner’s solutions, their strategy, and product roadmap

Key Qualifications:

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 126,700 and $ 193,225, dependent on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
