About This Role:
Kansas State University’s Aerospace and Technology Campus in Salina is seeking a Military-Connected Student Coordinator to provide student support from application to vocation for active duty, veteran, and military-connected students. This position will facilitate student success programing, emphasizing access to military, governmental, and university programs and supports. This position will also provide recruitment and outreach to military-affiliated populations.
This is a full-time, 12-month, benefit-eligible position.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with veterans and/or military-connected populations
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills for effective internal and external relationship development.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented, able to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and educational experiences.
- Prior or current military service.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and education
