Position Overview:
Boeing Phantom Works is seeking a motivated Missions Systems Engineering Technical Specialist to support a Proprietary Program located in St. Louis, MO. The candidate will be part of a dynamic Mission Systems engineering team on an exciting new aircraft development effort. The candidate must be able to span organizational silos and be capable of collaborating with technical subject matter experts and engineering leadership. The candidate will be provided with challenges, growth opportunities, and recognition for superior performance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development, documentation, implementation and consultation for the application of engineering tools, processes and standards.
- Assists with training in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designs.
- Assists in the identification and validation of user access roles and tip sheets. Supports the development and implementation of standards.
- Assists in providing configuration management, coordinating changes and performing assessments of compliance.
- Assists in the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity.
- Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting engineering teams
- Experience with engineering metrics, data, and presentations.
- Experience building and presenting plans or recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience projecting performance, active problem solving to hit plan
- Experience working within secure environments
- Experience working across multiple suppliers to Analyze cost and performance metrics
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years’ related work experience , 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for associate level: $71,400 – $96,600
Summary pay range for experienced level: $84,150 – $113,850
Summary pay range for senior level: $102,000 – $138,000
