This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day logistics operations, including documentation preparation, scheduling, and shipment deployment.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Define, document and update cross-functional logistical processes for new accounts/countries as needed.
- Collects and analyze logistics data for reporting and performance measurements and produce reports as needed
- Build positive, professional relationships with our customers, our sales staff, and the greater team
- Diligently monitor and trouble-shoot order fulfillment from the point of entry through to the customer receiving the product, answering customer inquiries throughout the process and resolving any logistical issues
- Prepares shipping documents, such as customs forms and certifications for export shipments and perform other administrative duties which may be required prior to shipping goods.
- Prepares rate quotes for standard, rush, and special deliveries.
- Handle and resolving freight claims
- Support the management of carriers, freight forwarder, customs broker, and supplier relationships.
- Ability to meet high demand in a fast-paced work environment, multitask and perform under deadlines without compromising work quality
- Effectively collaborate with teammates and interfacing departments to achieve desired results
- Ability to proactively identify potential issues and seek resolution
- Other duties as assigned
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Associates degree college preferred and/or minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Professional knowledge of international trade, export/import, and customs brokerage
- Requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Must be detail-oriented and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at communicating effectively to a variety of audiences
- Able to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities
- Able to work autonomously to take initiative and ownership of complex problems to find creative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
- Able to leverage data to support proposed solutions
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- Ability to develop and carry out policies and procedures

(Base Salary Pay Range: $70,000 – $75,000)
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
