Our growing global client in the technology industry is seeking a Mobility and Leaves Specialist to support their people operations team.
Title : Mobility and Leaves Specialist
Location : Fully remote
Terms : Contract
Salary : $ 40 – $55/hr (based on experience)
Job Duties:
- Partner with our outside immigration attorney to administer all business visitor visas,
employment visas, permanent residency applications, and citizenship applications
- Ensure all immigration records are maintained to ensure full compliance
- Serves as the subject matter expert for the leave and workers’ compensation programs
in alignment and under the general direction and guidance of HR leadership and the
legal department
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for solutions
to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience
Candidate profile and qualifications :
- 4+ Years of Mobility, Immigration and Leaves Experience
- Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Tech savvy with experience or willingness to work in the G Suite
