Overview
Demand Accelerator is a team that represents a transformation of Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, and Space Engineering resources to support Sales and Marketing plans for enterprise, national, and regional customers across the PepsiCo portfolio. This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. The Demand Accelerator will help PepsiCo provide our customers cutting-edge data and insights, as well as personalized solutions to drive incremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
Key Functional Imperatives:
- Position focuses on all Wal-Mart formats and works closely with divisional category/insights teams.
- Create and maintain store level and regional modular/planograms.
- Analyze space and inventory levels.
- Identify and trait store specific opportunities.
- Maintain modular support processes including images, product, and store databases.
Modular Development:
- Support category/insights teams in the development of modular strategy.
- Meet with buyers and Wal-Mart modular department to determine requirements.
- Develop key timelines.
Modular Execution:
- Category space allocations.
- Fair share space analysis.
- Inventory and days of supply allocation.
- Incorporation of consumer flow.
Modular Delivery:
- Work directly with Wal-Mart modular planning group.
- Meet all Wal-Mart technical specifications.
- Timely and electronic delivery to Wal-Mart modular planning.
- Communicate as needed to sales and reset teams
- Recap for buyer and category manager.
Modular Process Support:
- Image capture and storage.
- Modular file maintenance.
- Cluster and trait maintenance.
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected Compensation range for this position is between $48,500 – $75,700.
• Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 yrs. retail management experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of merchandising principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Project management experience.
- JDA Space Planning or Aldata Apollo knowledge is beneficial, but not required.
- Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Access beneficial.
- The position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
