Monarch Distributing is hiring for a Field Delivery Support role in the Lafayette area. We are looking for prospective candidates with varying levels of experience that would like to join Indiana’s largest beer distributor. This role supports the Transportation department by merchandising liquor stores, bars, and convenience store accounts under the supervision of a Delivery Driver. This role will be required to use a hand truck to organize beer and kegs in accounts.

Pay: $17/hour plus mileage & car allowance

Position Summary:
Our Merchandising Team supports our Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out in top retailers nationwide. Merchandisers travel to grocery stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their route. Merchandisers help to maintain our relationships in the market by continuing to develop our supplier brands while providing best in class service.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your route
- Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
- Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating product
- Report backstock inventory levels
- Maintain relationships in the market by providing best in class service
- Other projects or duties as assigned
