We are looking for someone who will concept and craft unique, compelling motion design interface frameworks, collaborating with UX designers, researchers, engineers and product managers throughout the design and development lifecycle. As a tastemaker and storyteller, you will advocate for design excellence – contributing to product vision, and collaborating with a team that enables brands of all sizes to connect with their customers in delightful ways. Most importantly, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience advertisers and brand-owners globally, and at scale.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for elegant, modern design, and UI patterns. You think holistically, and craft the “why” of all that we ship – advocating for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and customer goals.
Key job responsibilities
– Visualize an experience in the abstract and then drive that vision into concise motion design deliverables (user interface animations, motion studies, video prototypes).
– Produce video and animated content for user-research and/or demo purposes.
– Work hand-in-hand with engineers to build motion based UI-experiences.
– Drive the creative review cycle for motion design work.
– Raise the bar on motion-based experiences across the business.
