We are seeking an experienced IT MRP Specialist with expertise in SAP implementation to join our manufacturing plant team. This individual will be responsible for project activities related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP MRP modules (PP and MM with SD/FI/CO support) to optimize our manufacturing processes. You will work as a project team member to ensure successful implementation of the SAP at multiple plants over the next 5+ years. This role will support system design, interface design and implementation, and data conversion.
The ideal candidate will work from Racine, WI or Burr Ridge, IL. This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements!
Responsibilities
- Work with system integrator and internal CNH IT to ensure new SAP system is accurately coordinated with other CNH core system like FI or Engineering
- Work with system integrator, legacy teams, and plants to identify key data elements, preform data mapping, identify gaps, cleans and load data
- Support the identification of relevant test cases and work with the plant teams to implement
- Contribute to the project management of the MRP projects, leads tasks, status, issues, and risks
- Review and govern identification and execution of any gap development (knowledge of abap or Fiori is a plus)
- Review and work with consulting partners to ensure proper configuration of SAP and use of standard SAP elements and processes
- Help plant and project teams identify change management elements called out in as is to be system mapping
- Coordinate with technical teams and needed to maintain infrastructure/SAP Basis/network/security to resolve infrastructure related set up or issues
- Demonstrate collaboration, ownership, accountability and focus on customer satisfaction in compliance with IT vision and mission
Position Pays $88,000 to $127,000. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Non-technical degrees will be considered if there is relevant job experience with IT systems.
- A minimum of three – five years of experience in IT MRP implementation with expertise in SAP MRP modules (MM & PP) including configuration and customization
- Solid understanding of business processes to optimize manufacturing using SAP MRP modules
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%
Preferred:
- Scripting, Python and/or coding experience
