We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing Leader to join our team and lead the marketing charter for 3P Marquee Selling Partner Program (MSPP) at Amazon. As the Product Marketing Leader for the MSPP program, you will collaborate with the most strategic brand owners in Amazon’s Store, delivering the highest level of engagement to drive their brand growth on our platform.
Key job responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate strong relationships with strategic brand owners participating in the MSPP program. Understand their business objectives, brand positioning, and technological needs to develop customized marketing and merchandising plans that align with their goals and enhance their success on Amazon.
2. Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of the MSPP program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, positioning, and marketing initiatives that make Amazon an attractive place for brand owners to grow their brand using cutting-edge technology solutions.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-category teams, including marketing, product management, and technology, to ensure alignment with MSPP program objectives and advocate for the needs of MSPP Sellers. Be the voice of the MSPP Sellers and represent their interests in strategic discussions and planning sessions.
4. High Touch Engagement: Engage in high touch interactions with MSPP Sellers, providing them with personalized support, guidance, and identifying tailored opportunities for experimentation. Collaborate closely with MSPP CSMs during JBP planning to identify and evaluate new solutions, ensuring they align with brand owners’ objectives and have the potential for scalable implementation.
5. Experimentation and Scalable Solutions: Collaborate with internal category teams to experiment with innovative solutions aimed at driving brand growth on Amazon. Work closely with stakeholders to evaluate the performance and feasibility of these solutions and, once proven successful, lead the efforts to create scalable solutions that can be implemented across Amazon for all MSPP brand owners.
6. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to marketing-driven initiatives within the MSPP program. Provide regular reporting on the success and impact of these initiatives. Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and present findings to stakeholders at various levels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
– Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
– MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
