CGI is seeking an Integration developer experienced in MuleSoft and Core Java who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams. As part of our Public Sector division, you will collaborate with the team while individually contributing to project deliverables that meet our clients’ needs.
Team members will be on site in south Austin a minimum of two days every week. You should minimally plan on working on site with your team every Monday plus one additional day each week.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design, develop and test interfaces with third-party systems
• Analyze requirements and engage with clarifications from the domain experts
• Conduct code reviews
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Refactor / optimize code
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other client stakeholders
• Participate in PI and sprint planning
• Provide unit test coverage and validation support
• Support continuous integration and deployment
• Thrive in a collaborative environment to drive team success
• Works on-site at Austin-based client location, 2 days per week
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE (REQUIRED)
• 4+ years of hands-on Mule 3.x and 4.x experience using flows for integration
• 4+ years of professional software development experience designing and building web-based enterprise application with Java.
• 7+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL, REST.
• Hands-on experience on CloudHub and on-premise deployments.
• Hands-on experience with RAML
• Builds strong trusting relationships with the client stakeholders and/or client project teams
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience on an Agile Scrum team
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Angular 6 (or above), JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,300 – $165,300.
