Below Threshold = Did not achieve 80% of Goal(s) = Incentive is not Paid
Threshold = 80% of Goal(s) achievement = 80% of Incentive is Paid.
Target = 100% Goal(s) achievement =100% of Incentive is Paid.
Outstanding = 120%+ Goal(s) Achievement = 120% of Incentive is Paid.
*Incentive Goal(s) are provided on a separate scorecard before March 31st of each year,
Summary:
Tempo Air is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Multi-Family HVAC Foreman to join our dynamic team. As Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in multi-family residential properties. You will lead a team, ensuring efficient and accurate installation, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with project timelines and budgets. You will also collaborate with project managers and communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or modifications. The Foreman should be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, ultimately ensuring optimal comfort and functionality for residents while maintaining high-quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC Installers during multi-family HVAC installation projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute HVAC installations within specified timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients and address their concerns or modifications during the installation process.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems post-installation.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and materials used.
- Train and mentor Installers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Submit timely and accurate payroll transactions for installers.
- Traveling to projects in Texas and surrounding states required.
Qualifications
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HVAC installation.
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the team and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B to C and/or B to B markets.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and software.
- Effectively communicate via in-person, phone, email, text, teleconference, and video conference.
- Ability to effectively present data to small groups.
Education and/or Experience
- 5 years min project experience in HVAC or min 2-years’ experience as HVAC foreman.
- Other related experience will be considered.
Language Skills
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
