In this role, you will join the Corporate Finance and Facilities Services team and will be tasked with providing Business Administrative support to Executive Leader and direct reports through a professional service-oriented approach to partnership, communication, and collaboration. The ideal individual will have the ability to pivot and adapt to a variety of situations while maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities. You will be handling high level confidential information, so will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality and exhibit discretion and professionalism in all activities, always reflecting the values and culture of the company.
This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Lenexa, KS, Monett, MO, Springfield, MO, or Allen, TX.
The target salary range for this position is $67,500 – $105,000, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Drive initiatives and projects toward completion with a polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor balanced with directive confidence.
• Make decisions in ambiguous circumstances guided by clarified and confident ethical standards.
• Prepare departmental presentations and communications using sophisticated communication skills, verbal and written, with an understanding of audience and industry-specific nuances.
• Interpret policies independently and autonomously to solve non-routine, complex issues.
• Partner collaboratively in team environments integrated with a “leadership lens” of maturity, proactive communication, relationship building skills and resiliency.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects with the highest professionalism, confidentiality, timely turn-around and client service.
• Provide extensive calendar support to include travel, meetings, and other engagements requiring prioritization of multiple calendars with effective communication across various internal and external stakeholders.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and shared collaborative tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive for Office 365) or equivalent platform (Google Suite / Mac OS, etc.)
• Ability to learn new technologies to become proficient in desktop systems/internal software necessary to perform assigned tasks successfully.
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

• Experience with integration of mobile and social media technology platforms.
• Strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry.
• Ability to make recommendations in order to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.
