About The Role
You will be charged with successfully managing various strategic projects to support multifamily communities that range in size from several dozen to several thousand living units, and managing relationships with multiple audiences, including property owners, managers, homeowner associations, and consumers. You will coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Frontier deepens our customer engagement with multifamily customers nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage projects and documentation for newly contracted multifamily community fiber builds
- Partner with local engineering, sales professionals, field operations, and outside vendors to ensure successful implementation and on-time activation of fiber services to our customers
- Update and maintain internal systems and records to ensure accuracy and serviceability
- Support sales team in closing opportunities by answering questions and explaining the implementation process and your role within it as a value-added post-sale benefit
- Act as a primary liaison with clients to solve problems, conduct communications efforts, complete site community visits and walkthroughs as necessary to drive new business and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide updates to senior leadership regarding the status and related net add forecasts and maintain accurate information relating to property-level billing
- Act as an advocate for properties and their residents by recommending and implementing process improvements, eliminating roadblocks and securing buy-in from multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate property launch activities with a focus on accelerating penetration and product activations, enabling faster realization of revenue
- Own the relationship with assigned properties from contract signature to renewal
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years’ experience in operations and project management
- Knowledge of the multifamily marketplace, and documented track record of success working with MDU Owners, Operators, and Developers
- Knowledge of fiber-based telecommunications services
- Proven track record of project management success
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus
- PMP certification a plus
