Program Manager (Tech)

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to join a diverse team focused on HUMINT operational support missions. The DPM works with the PM to ensure successful contract execution through full lifecycles, financial management, recruiting and retention, mentoring and leadership, and growth. The DPM will perform both programmatic duties of CDRL development, staffing, subcontracts, and financial management to enable successful execution of Program and people development through manager and technical experts needs. The DPM will serve as the PM in the PM’s absence.

Duties and qualifications include:
• Function as Key Member of on-site management team to quickly address customer or workforce concerns
• Ensure all contract deliverables are provided to the customer per the Statement of Work
• Work with, mentor and grow the on-site management team to quickly address customer or workforce concerns
• Work with recruiting to ensure contract is fully staffed at all times. Respond to resumes and interviews within 24-48 hours of receipt
• Work with Peraton functional team on tasks related to contracts and subcontracts needs, financial reviews, program reviews, performance, and current/future growth
• Responsible for supporting the capture and delivery of Intelligence Analysis Programs
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the Military Intelligence Market, with a focus on opportunities within the DIA and related customer organizations.

Qualifications

Required:
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor’s Degree in national security, intelligence, political science or related education or equivalent Expert level experience as a Deputy Program Manager
• SME-level working experience (12+ years) in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, Financial Management, Quality Control/Quality Assurance
• Experience, knowledge and understanding of the DIA customer, their mission and how they buy Intelligence Analysis Support
• At least 3 years progressively responsible Management, Program Management or equivalent specialized experience with Project Management tools and techniques
• Experience in MS Office suite, , and Intelligence Community Databases and Tools
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with poly

Desired:
• MA/MS in National Security, Transnational Issues or similar course of study
• PMP
• Previous experience supporting Law Enforcement, Department of Defense (specifically in a HUMINT operational support capacity)
• Previous experience supporting Special Mission Units and HUMINT Operations
• Previous experience supporting proposals
• Previous experience as a line analyst/Individual Contributor
• Experience in MS Office suite, and Defense, HUMINT and Intelligence Community Databases

Salary Range

Salary Minimum: $72,500
Salary Mid: $145,000
Salary Maximum: $181,300
