Starting Pay: $62,500k/year

The Security Account Manager is responsible for managing the security services for one client, managing multiple sites. The successful candidate will provide oversite, coaching and mentoring to Supervisors and other Security Personnel. Performs inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed. This person will be responsible for coaching and training personnel, as well as carries out administrative procedures in support of Branch operations.
Minimum Hiring Standards:
- Knowledge of security operations.
- Must have a reliable means of communication.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3-5 years security experience preferred
- Prior Military/Law Enforcement experience preferred
- At least 3-5 years prior Leadership & Management experience required
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience in security operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

- Understanding of security operations.
- Knowledge of supervisory practices.
- Planning, organizing and leadership skills.
- Oral and written communications skills.
- Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to take initiative and achieve results
