What will I be doing?
- Support day to day fast paced DC operational activities and deliver DC KPIs.
- Lead by example by conducting business in a professional manner and embodying the High Touch Leadership Competencies.
- Lead process improvement and loss elimination projects to deliver cost savings, process efficiencies and asset utilization.
- Work with Area and Operations Managers to streamline and standardize the work process.
- Analyze data related to DC operations and provide improvement recommendations for DC management.
- Work with the management team that fosters a culture of Safety, Inclusion and Diversity and employee engagement.
- Provide other Ad hoc support as requested by the management team.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $22.00 – $28.00 an hour. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Qualifications:
What skills will help me to be successful?
• Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain, Business Management, Science, or Engineering program
• Previous experience in a plant, Distribution Centre or Supply Chain is a plus
• Proven project management skills, continuous improvement and leadership skills
• Superior problem-solving mindset
• A team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Demonstrates high ethical standards and professional conduct
• Self-started with positive go-getter attitude
• Computer skills in all MS Office Applications
• Strong sense of urgency
• Mechanical aptitude with an interest in technology is a plus
