Responsibilities
- We are looking for a basic to intermediate skill level Network Technician to monitor and troubleshoot an extensive wide area network and North America consolidated data center.
- The ideal candidate will be a competent individual with a great passion for technology, outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The goal is to proactively ensure minimum to no impact to business operations while exceeding the internal and external service level agreements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a network technician with 2-3 years of experience or a two year technical college degree.
- Demonstrates a relentless commitment to meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations while also achieving the goal of reducing the risks and costs of providing services.
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate level monitoring and troubleshooting of network technologies related to legacy network systems, IP network systems and any other IGT deployed network systems and backbone transports according to established procedures, using existing tools under supervision.
- Performs basic to intermediate level infrastructure hardware, software and wiring installations in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurately executes operational checklists to ensure that all maintenance activities, change requests, network system functionality, validation of network system locations/status, and internal/external customer requests are completed.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $34,100 – $64,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
