New Business & Territory Sales Manager

For almost two decades, DR Design & Remodel has been the leading expert in custom kitchen & bath remodeling throughout the Sacramento region. With hundreds of projects completed yearly, we know that customizing a kitchen and bath is no simple task!

We are looking for a talented leader who is excited to be the New Business & Territory Sales Manager of our remodeling design center.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Sales Growth – Drive sales initiatives to win new B2B client accounts across builders, remodelers, condo associations, small business clients, etc.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer care, as needed, to troubleshoot project issues with vendors, subcontractors, and teammates. Assist & inspire the sales team to achieve and execute sales & design initiatives.
    • Project Management – mastery level of digital software tools to streamline workflow and communication with clients, teammates, and subcontractors. Act as a tech-savvy Sales Manager to track project costs, project scheduling, change orders, and to make adjustments as needed.
    • Vendor Relations – Act as the liaison between vendors and customers to resolve any potential issues that arise in the course of a project.
    • Competitive Spirit – Maintain awareness of area competitors and what sets us apart.
    • KPI Tracking – Understand key performance indicators (KPI’s) and track performance.
    • Collaboration – Appropriately partner with showroom and corporate coworkers and teammates.
    • Culture Building – Ability to build & lead a sales team through established goals and cultivate a positive culture.

Skills:

    • B2B sales experience in the kitchen & bath remodeling industry with builders, remodelers, condo associations, small business clients, etc.
    • Strong sales leadership and training abilities.
    • Ability to travel to client worksites for customers, teammates, and subcontractors.
    • Ability to work a varied schedule at different times of the day, week and year, depending on client needs.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience and sales management experience leading a team of salespeople in the remodeling industry
    • Proven Leadership Experience
    • Proven financial management skills
    • Fluency with digital software tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)

Schedule:

    • Full time
    • Monday – Friday OR Tuesday – Saturday

Pay:

    • Commensurate with experience, with a base and a high emphasis on incentive compensation for strong sales performance
    • $65,000 – $130,000+ depending on incentive compensation related to ability to drive sales growth

$65,000 – $130,000 a year
