Pacific Fertility Center is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco. PFC was established 1999 and we are one of the top fertility centers in the country. All of our physicians are board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologists and Infertility Specialists (REIs). We offer treatment ranging from In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to Egg Freezing.
Our new Patient Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments with a warm and friendly voice to our patients
- Responding quickly to patient telephone and email inquiries
- Creating and updating patient education materials
- Maintaining patient database
- Obtaining & processing medical records for the physicians
- Assisting with patient education seminars
- Being available to the marketing department for tasks on an as-needed basis

The ideal applicant is fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Cantonese is a plus but not required), who can not only speak but also read through Chinese medical records (mainly simplified characters) and respond to patient emails in Chinese.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in science related field preferred but not required
Customer service experience
Experience in medical office: basic knowledge of medical terminology and/or medical insurance helpful
Computer and typing proficiency necessary
Pay: $23.00 – $25.50 per hour
Per the City and County of San Francisco Department of Public Health, must have received and present proof of a COVID-19 vaccination and booster prior to hire date.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with benefits, 401K, and commuter + fitness reimbursement. The clinic is located along the Embarcadero, near Fisherman’s Wharf, with a complimentary shuttle to/from the Montgomery BART station.
