General Purpose
SiteWise LLC. has been awarded a maintenance contract with PVREA and the City of Longmont.
We are looking to hire an electric meter technician to provide a variety of services surrounding the electric meter for both PVREA and the City of Longmont
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Driving (75%/day) and navigating throughout the Northern CO metro area
- Entering residential and commercial property to access the electric meter to perform required work
- Installing, exchanging, and/or disconnecting/reconnecting electric meters as well as reading and investigation services
- Working with energized electric equipment
- Providing customer service with responsibility and humility
- Working with pride and a high quality of workmanship
Other Duties/Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job.
Experience:
- Two (2+) plus years of customer service experience
- Two (2+) plus years of working with electricity and on ladders preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis
Additional Requirement/Licenses/Certifications:
- Candidates must pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and pass a pre-employment drug screen
Education or Formal Training:
- HS Diploma or GED
