At Jacobs, we’re building the infrastructure that keeps our communities running. Our client is seeking an Office Engineer for our client’s site in Queens, NY to provide critical management to ensure our projects stay on track. Assisting the Project Manager, you’ll be supporting our client by balancing various tasks each day such as RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, and preparation and review of payments. You’ll coordinate with outside agencies, contractors, and other 3rd parties regarding field activities.
- High School diploma
- 5+ years of experience on smaller construction projects valued above $1 million
- Basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation
- Proficient utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling application
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
The base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $80,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
