Areas of responsibility:
- Efficiently and politely guides internet-based customers through vehicle purchase process, as well as being the first point of contact for phone & email correspondence and those who visit the facility.
- Receives and processes payments, documents, and other confidential material with accuracy and integrity.
- Create/maintain physical & digital records systems for vehicle inventory resulting in complete records for use in advertising efforts and to maintain DOT compliance.
- Responsible for creating internet sales posts for vehicle inventory and related goods using photo/video editing software.
A typical day in this role might include tasks like the following examples:
- Respond to or escalate 20 customer service emails.
- Edit 150 pictures of a motorcycle using photoshop, and post it for sale online.
- Ship 3 motorcycle parts which sold on ebay using UPS/Fedex.
- Process digital purchase documents and complete a title for a vehicle sold online.
- Generate documents for motorcycle shipping vendor regarding 4 outbound vehicle shipments.
- Brainstorm with shop owner on how to streamline sales processes.
- Use calendars and efficiency tools to help keep staff organized.
Physical Demands:
- This is an on-site role at our facility in Hortonville, WI.
- Ability to use computers/phones seated or standing for a number of hours daily.
- The work environment has occasional exposure to loud vehicles/noises.
- Select portions of the facility are accessed via stairs.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Requirements
To qualify, you should be really good at:
- Loving dogs and pizza as both are at the shop somewhat often.
- Using computers & phones and quickly learning new software.
- Computer data entry & proof-reading with speed and accuracy.
- Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Managing your time efficiently and be humble with your limitations.
It would be sweet (but not necessary) if you also have:
- Trophies in bowling or kayaking as we occasionally enjoy these for team outings.
- Experience with photo/video editing software, MS Office
- Familiarity with motorcycles or the automotive industry.
- Experience in the real estate or accounting industries.
- A motorcycle license/riding experience.

- Hourly, $18.00-$22.00/hr. – based on education & experience.
- Time-and-a-half overtime pay after 40hrs .

Logistics:
- Full Time 40-45 hours (4-5 days) weekly.
- This role is on-site, so you’ll need to commute to our facility.
- You will collaborate directly with the shop owner.
