Position: Office Operations Coordinator

Location: Tyler, TX

Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm)

Job Description:

Innovative Pest Control is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will oversee daily administrative duties, manage client inquiries, and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

The following are the responsibilities of the Office Operations Coordinator:

– Supervising daily office activities, including scheduling and record-keeping

– Handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person

– Assisting in managing appointments and scheduling pest control services

– Maintaining accurate and organized client records in our database

– Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing

– Preparing reports and presentations as needed for management

– Assisting in managing inventory and ordering office supplies

– Helping maintain a clean and organized office environment

– Providing support to technicians in the field as necessary

– Contributing to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

– Must have proven experience in office administration, customer service, and payroll processing.

– Strong organizational and time management skills required.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with phone sales experience.

– Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

– Must have a professional and friendly demeanor.

– Willingness to learn and adapt is a must.
