Role Responsibilities:

Working closely with Customer Hosting Administration team to handle Customer VM provisioning requests and to manage SLA’s and FPY to meet the business needs and Working with customer if there are any delays while processing their Order requests.

Reviewing SVT dashboard and test case execution for multiple category of stories which are executed by SVT team and prioritizing the Production failure incidents and in promotion tickets in JIRA project dashboards

Roles & Responsibilities

working with SME on the validation and expedition stories to move to PROD.
• Leads and provides expert technical leadership to highly visible sensitive and multi-faceted projects.
• Works closely with IBM CMP ops/ vRA/vRO team to resolve P1 issues and work with third party like VMware and Microsoft support teams to resolve the product related issues on time.
• Daily tracking all the Provisioning and Day-2 failure incidents to get to closure.
• Provides guidance to team on performance and productivity issues.
• Reports to senior project leads on the project status and incidents resolved every month and weekly basis.
• Works closely with IBM support team and CTS development team on click to cloud (C2C) platforms and ServiceNow projects related to customer orders and improvements.
• Worked on CMP stabilization program to ensure platform is stabilized before making any new changes or upgrades to the platform and monitoring storage related action items across the data centers.
• Developed project plans which identify key issues problems approaches performance metrics and resources required.
• Working with ServiceNow development team to track the incidents and change requests on click to cloud environment and make necessary changes as in when required by Ops team based on customer feedback and support experience.
• Managed Release management and priority stories change requests with multiple stake holders and CAB teams to implement in PROD.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $92,000 to $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
