We are recruiting for an Omni Channel Sales Support Coordinator located in our San Diego, California office, eligible to participate in the hybrid schedule.
The Omni Channel Sales Support Coordinator is focused on Club Channel inventory optimization by coordinating the efforts of the sales team to drive sales for both inclub and online businesses while helping make us more efficient. Requiring frequent contact and collaboration with account leads and buying teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responsible for monitoring New Release shipments to insure on-time processing of orders and compliance to sales plan.
- Execute and process promotions within the company system to ensure proper lead time and accurate distributions.
- Maintain ongoing promotional sales, freight, delivered received in and meeting answer trackers.
- Run sales and inventory reports as needed from internal and customer systems.
- Customer Item Set Up and Dotcom marketing images and video coordination.
- Planogram packet coordination and distribution to teams.
- Track major releases and promotions compliance and communicate results to service manager.
- New store tie and data integrity compliance monitoring.
- Assistance with Event Planning.
- Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Detail-oriented, Strong organizational skills, flexible, and efficient.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize projects/requests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – in person, phone, email, presentations, etc.
- Fast learner, team player, and aggressive problem solver.
- Strong to advanced level of skills with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Desire to advance and grow within the company.
- Must be able to sit for 5 hours per day.
- Will frequently have repetitive hand/arm movements for simple reaching and/or typing.
- Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers, and handle or feel objects.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to speak with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to create and write reports.
- Must be proficient in mathematics.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving variables.
- The work performed is in an office environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at low decibels.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
Salary starting at $49,000.00.
