We’re seeking a Program Manager to be embedded with our Kent, Washington-based client. You’ll be working with a multidiscipline team from the client, Jacobs, and other consultants to monitor and report on execution of projects within established schedules, budgets, using a variety of delivery models, as well as utilizing your experience to develop project execution strategies.
Your leadership skills will be a key factor in fostering collaborative communications and relationships. In this role, you will manage programmatic development experience from initial programming through completion in accordance with client objectives. You’ll also provide oversight and manage coordination of activities to mitigate risks, issues, and ensure deliverables are met. Additional duties include the following:
- Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
- Manages multiple projects and participates in corporate initiatives to assist in meeting the company’s goals.
- Facilitates the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders, and conducts status review meetings among project team members and clients.
- Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets, and schedules.
- Responsible for ongoing financial reporting throughout program execution.
- Maintaining a dashboard for program management. Excellent computer skills required.

- Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 15+ years of Project Construction Management experience within defense or technology industries.
- 10+ years of experience managing large programs with projects in construction values excess of $100 million required.
- 5+ years in facilities renovations projects.
- Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Architect license/certification.
- Experience with both design-bid-build and design-build delivery methods.

The base salary range for this position is $140,900 to $246,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
