As a Project Manager you will provide management for the delivery of multiple building design or renovation projects within budget and schedule, including coordinating multi-disciplined project delivery teams in the development of construction drawings and specifications in accordance with client requirements, and working as the owner’s representative during the construction phase. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position also require direct interface with clients. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering large and/or multiple projects, on time, within budget and to agreed specifications and providing effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects. Additional tasks included but not limited to:
- Leads team in the project execution to accomplish project commitments and timing.
- Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
- Functions as a team lead for projects including acting as the liaison to internal departments as needed, and as a single point of contact with clients.
- Manages multiple projects and participates in corporate initiatives to assist in meeting the company’s goals.
- Ensures that project deliverables satisfy project requirements.
- Assesses project requirements, while developing and recommending a sound approach or application to meet the needs of the project and client.
- Facilitates the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders, and conducts status review meetings among project team members and clients.
- Develops design cost proposals to respond to client requests.
- Manages and enhances project quality by providing ideas and suggestions to the team aimed at improving the effectiveness of their role, and of the project activities in general.
- Determines, monitors and reviews costs, operational budgets, schedules and staffing requirements for project teams.
- Responsible for ongoing financial reporting throughout project execution.
- Coordinating the efforts of each CMa staff discipline to effectively manage DBE activities relative to project costs, schedule and workmanship.
- Acting as principal on-site point of contact between the CMa and client organization.
- Coordinate off-site and on-site resources for Cost, Schedule, SME’s, CxA, Move Management and IT.
- Strong Change Management experience with emphasis on Cost Estimates, Proposal reviews, Schedule impact reviews and all associated documentation required to process change orders on DB contract.
- Responsible for other functions including Safety and financial reporting.
- Excellent computer skills required.

- Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent.
- United States Citizenship.
- Professional Registration (PE, RA, or PMP) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction organization.
- Client facing and experience in this role.
- Very organized to manage many projects at one time.
- Good communication skills.
- On-site position with capabilities to coordinate with back office staff.
- Experience with A/E renovations and new construction.
The base salary range for this position is $97,900 to $152,875 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
