Job Description
The primary function of the Team Member is to book packages that will generate tour traffic for Westgate Resort locations at off-site events through Vacation Package sales or Lead-generation. Team members will be expected to travel to and from events, set-up and break-down all necessary equipment, props and assist any guests or potential guests.
Duties
- Ability to travel within the state and sometimes out of state for scheduled events.
- Generate tour traffic via vacation package sales and lead-generation programs.
- Traveling sometimes requires the team member to stay multiple nights away from home.
- Record and report all package sales, leads and refunds in an efficient and timely manner.
- Communicate with guests and leads both Face to face and over phone.
- Accurately track any payments/refunds processed.
- Assist with Set up and break down event display.
- Assist with Loading, unloading, and storing the event equipment.
- Other functions may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2 years sales experience required.
Education & Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
Skills/Knowledge:
- Sales
- Customer service

Physical Demands
The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 10 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, for up to eight (8) hours. Must be capable of hearing within what is considered to be a normal range. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include capable of distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and perception, close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
