Siemens Real Estate (SRE) wants you as our next Operation Property Manager – Southeast Region who will support the Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi geographical area. We need you to reside in one of these locations.

Responsibilities are:
- Support the development of space optimization according to the customer needs and market developments and see opportunities to improve space efficiency, occupancy cost as well as SRE rental conditions both internally and externally
- Have solutions for space and services for tenants according to given framework
- Forecast and budgets for your properties
- Financial fulfillment of the agreed contracts with customers including timely payments to landlords and business partners
- Understands corporate real estate and its impacts on our business, including daily operations
- Maintain your knowledge and good understanding about technical assets/equipment and conditions
- Manage purchase orders and invoices from creations to approval
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management
- 8+ years of real estate experience
- Customer centric mindset, ability to drive win-win solutions when encounter challenging situations
- Ability to manage projects at one given time
- Good collaboration skill and persuasion skill
- across multiple groups internal and external
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; prefer technical degree

The pay range for this position is $104,400 – $179,000 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
