POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Lead Analyst, CED Set Up is responsible for receiving and analyzing welcome kit requests from Implementation and Account Management. The analyst works closely with the requestor to assure requirements are met accurately and on time. Requests may include the creation and maintenance of enrollment welcome kits, templates, communication set-up, program rules, research or proofing. Excellent communications, both written and verbal, are required for success. Cross functional collaboration. Monitor data for production. The analyst is directly involved in high profile corporate and client initiatives.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
• Create and set-up letter templates for all relevant benefit communications.
• Able to support more critical and complex clients with minimal assistance.
• Works collaboratively with Implementation, Account Management, SAMO, Client Optimization, Product, Eligibility, IT and other business partners to resolve issues and develop solutions.
• Extensive teamwork required to engage and develop contacts across the organization.
• Support implementation of process improvements (e.g. mentorship of Operations Sr. Analyst, best practices and quality improvement).
• Research and answer questions from Implementation, Account Management, SAMO, Client Optimization and Product.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Monitor and ensure communications are mailed within compliance guidelines.
• Interface with IT/developers regarding requirements.
KEY COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years relevant experience in an operations environment.
• Proofing, proofreader experience a plus.
• Knowledge of layout and print production a plus.
• Analytical and detail oriented with a strong customer service focus.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage timelines and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
• Proficient using Adobe Photoshop and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), navigating the Internet, Windows.
• Knowledge of Ultra Edit, BlueRelay, IR Prod, Message Point, and IRQA preferred.
Schedule Notes
Open to 100% remote candidates. Candidates should be located in EST or CST time zones. The team primarily works on the EST schedule.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, and expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25.89 – $34.52/hour.
