About This Position
The Vending Operations Administrator is responsible for facilitating the distribution of product to vending locations and maintaining vending/inventory systems as well as sales/activity reporting. Customer satisfaction, product availability, timely and accurate sales/inventory information are key measures of performance.
Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Carrier Pickups according to the Org Redistribution Schedule
- Communicate with Keefe Distribution Centers and the carriers via e-mail, phone and/or teams
- Managing the shipment of the outbound freight for Redistribution
- Organize documents and track the outbound shipments on the Redistribution ISO Board
- Merging shipments in Oracle to ensure the trucks are utilized to full capacity
- Ship confirming orders
- Ensuring documents (packing list and BOL) are printed, distributed and filed
- Coordinate shipments with other departments at Org 300
- Ensure supplies are shipped to On-sites as requested
- Maintain various reports
- Assist with on-site cycle counts/physical inventories, stocking and training on a limited basis
- Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Prior Experience with inventory and related systems is REQUIRED
- Shippning experience is a REQUIREMENT
- Maintained reports is a REQUIREMENT
- 1 year of Warehousing experience is REQUIRED
- Above Average Performance Record in previous jobs
- Superior Math and PC/Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook and Excel a must)
- Excellent Verbal and Writing Skills
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check as well as drug screening as required by the client
- Ability to work, Monday – Friday, 5 am – 1:30 pm
