Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate, Experienced, or Senior Operations Center Data Analyst to join the Fleet Health Monitoring and Data team located in Seal Beach, CA.
The Operations Center Data Analyst will partner with Operations Center teammates and leadership to develop and deploy data solutions to ensure business operations are running smoothly and efficiently. A successful candidate is able to research complex processes, applications systems and data while working with IT to develop plans for long range strategies, organization of goals, objectives and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys learning new processes, tools, and technology to support the organization’s future growth. Experience with Tableau, Cognos BU suite, and warehouse business solutions will enable the selected candidate to excel in this role.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serves as Product Owner for Operations Center software applications
- Develops, creates, coordinates and assesses architecture, applications and content management utilized for visual displays as required in locations needed
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements staying current in new technologies in order to develop, deploy, test, administer, and monitor visual communication content within the facility utilizing the latest tools
- Informs and educates team members across shifts about applications, disaster recovery plans, documentation and procedures
- Identifies, understands, and provides software and tool recommendations for organizational needs
- Applies data analysis, dashboards, and methodologies towards efficient and seamless Operations Center reporting
- Understands data capture and retrieval tools and processes
- Applies data automation to existing manual processes
- Manages the Operations Center application portfolio
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- Exceptional organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more year’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 or more year’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Education & Experience:
Associate-Level: Bachelor’s degree and typically 2 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification or a Master’s degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Experienced: Bachelor’s degree and typically 5 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification or a Master’s degree with typically 3 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Senior: Bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range Associate: $75,650 – $102,350
Summary pay range Experienced: $94,350 – $127,650
Summary pay range Senior: $119,850 – $162,150
