Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is the corporate office overseeing all aspects of organization-wide operations and services. This position is part of the team that assists in implementing organization-wide policies, projects and initiatives.
Full-time position starting at $30.14- $33.52/hr (D.O.E) with COMPETITIVE BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Responsibilities
Manages the Contract and MCO contract Review Process under the oversight of the Operations Manager III
Insurance. Works in close coordination with the Operations Manager, Assistant Chief of Operations, CFO, and CAO on all insurance related matters
Policies. Responsible for ensuring administrative support is provided to policy owners, as needed, regarding the general maintenance and updating of various agency policies.
Clinical Oversight Group (COG), Quality Improvement Committee, CCSWW Safety Committee, and Security Officer Committee. At the Direction of the COG Director and Assistant Chief of Operations, ensures comprehensive administrative and logistical support is provided for many areas of the organization which work on issues related to quality improvement, clinical oversight, security, and safety. Incumbent ensures completion of this responsibility by coordinating the following support
Special Projects: Provides support and assures the on-time completion of special projects as requested by the President, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Chief of Operations, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President Human Resources, In-House Legal Counsel, and other CCSWW corporate office staff, as needed.
Develops and maintains the skills, knowledge, and ability to seamlessly cover duties and tasks assigned to the Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, Legal Assistant, Communications Coordinator, and Executive AA, with the ability to assume those responsibilities on a temporary and/or interim basis with minimal disruption to workflow and office demands. Incumbent accomplishes this by actively learning the duties and responsibilities and associated tasks specifically assigned to the Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, and Executive AA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or related field.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Ability to comprehend and apply complex regulations in healthcare, federal and state regulations, contractual requirements, state, BHO and other applicable regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver completed product within expected time frames.
- Demonstrated ability to flexibly respond while maintaining product delivery.
- Demonstrated professional judgment.
- Computer skills with experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
- Must have an acceptable driving record per CCS’ driving policy (required to provide current driving abstract).
- Applicant must successfully pass required background checks prior to an offer of employment.
- Ability to work independently in addition to working as a member of a team.
- Demonstrates the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
