Job Description

Crown Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Operations Expert to fill an opening with a materials company located in Moraine, Ohio . The ideal candidates should be able to work a 8/Hr shift and have previous operations experience.

Requirements of the Operations Expert

  • Repetitive Motions:making substantial movements (motions) of both wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Self-motivated and self-driven
  • Ability and accustomed to working under deadlines
  • Microsoft Office Suites proficiency: Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities of the Operations Expert

  • This position is directly involved in the daily operations and process flow within the organization to include: evaluate, improve, and maintain the organization’s core operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow, assess existing processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and devise more efficient or cost-effective alternatives. This role will be in direct communication with Ownership, General Manager, Operation Managers, Production Supervision and our clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Providing operational risk support for risk projects and initiatives
  • Serving as a risk consultant for the operations team as issues arise or new processes
  • Manage operational risk reports designed to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of key processes and risk controls
  • Work with complex business units and provide operational risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with high risk
  • Provide day-to-day operational risk consulting on complex issues
  • Help identify operational process gaps
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations on business operational risk profiles and trends
  • Applying operational risk, strategy and change management expertise and technology
  • Provide oversight to an operational risk program.&nbsp
  • Work with complex business units and provide operational risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with high risk
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems and internal controls
  • Provide operational risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with high risk, generally spanning multiple business lines
  • Produce operational risk performance metrics
  • Identify operational risk issues and may participate in the development of risk ratings
  • Validating and challenging risk assessment conclusions, including assessing appropriateness and completeness of key risks and key controls
  • Document operational risk policies and procedures
  • Work with complex business units and provide operational risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with high risk
  • Experienced in senior level accounting, finance or operations
  • Work with complex business units and provideoperational risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives withhigh risk, generally spanning multiple business lines
