SUMMARY
C3’s Ops Administrators support C3’s mission and vision of ‘Leading people into new and growing relationships with Jesus’ by ensuring a welcoming environment where people feel the love of Jesus and by providing organizational support that enables people to connect and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Lead front lobby reception.
- Ensure the lobby reception desk is staffed during office hours, counseling appointments and evening events.
- Greet everyone who enters the C3 lobby with a friendly, cheerful demeanor.
- Point of contact in the lobby during preschool drop-off and pick-up times.
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable in order to confidently answer questions and direct others in case of emergency.
- Recruit and oversee volunteers on the Lobby Reception Team.
- Assist with monitoring and responding to social media inquiries.
- Commitment to privacy policies and maintaining HIPAA compliance as it pertains to reception for counseling clients.
- Facility coordination
- Manage ministry calendar coordination.
- Maintain yearly calendar and work with department leads to ensure events are properly documented and communicated using our database system.
- Serve as the main point of contact regarding facility reservations.
- Coordinate facility use for memorials.
- Administrative support for Facility Manager.
- Provide administrative support and training for the building phone/VOIP system.
- Manage ministry calendar coordination.
- Systems support to Adventure Kids Preschool
- Works with the Preschool Director and Finance Admin to coordinate registration.
- Sets up and maintains preschool groups and calendar items in the database.
- Database management
- Assists with Monday data processing, including processing online Connect Cards.
- Performs tasks to keep our database clean and accurate.
- Back up Finance Administrator when needed (bookkeeping skills preferred).
- Assist with monitoring and responding to the main church voicemail and e-mail inbox.
- Meet weekly with the C3 Operations team to provide feedback and increase communication and understanding between team members.
- Meet bi-weekly one-on-one with the Operations Strategic Leader for professional development, communication, and to assist in strategic planning for the lobby reception area.
- Attend department Marketing planning meetings (2 per month).
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Modeling Biblical Priorities.
Responsible for upholding Biblical priorities and core values of C3 and has a growing personal relationship with Christ as well as a strong relationship with their spouse (if married) and children (if applicable). Strives to fulfill their purpose in life and ministry while demonstrating integrity in words, relationships, and actions. These objectives are accomplished by:
- Committing to a daily quiet-time with God.
- Attending C3 every Sunday you are in town.
- Participating in a C3 group on a regular basis.
- Setting appropriate boundaries to protect character and integrity.
- Developing personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
- Supporting the mission of C3 by faithfully tithing.
- Adhering to and encompassing the qualities and characteristics required of C3 employees, as defined by the C3 Employee Handbook.

Required Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (some flexibility is available)
Compensation Tier: 7 (full-time, nonexempt)

Reports to: Strategic Leader, Operations
