Operations Manager (Infinity Retail)

Our retail operations team delivers on our purpose by delivering an exceptional installation experience for their window and door replacement projects. As manager of this team, you’ll develop business processes, make critical decisions that impact our customers and business every day, and inspire the team to offer a truly white-glove, high touch installation journey. Highlights of your role

  • Lead the operations team for three markets – Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati, including project managers, installers, and warehouse team members. Coaching, mentorship, and assistance with day-to-day problem-solving activities. This will involve weekly travel between sites.
  • Take the lead on complex customer issues that are raised to you. Offer support to team members without removing accountability.
  • Visit installs daily and handle customer issues face to face, when possible and appropriate. Be regularly available during all business hours to be able to quickly jump in and offer solutions to customer issues.
  • Build an operations strategic plan for your assigned markets to deliver on the business plan. Meet or exceed monthly and annual installed revenue goals.
  • Be a leader with vision and provide input to the Infinity Retail leadership team on key business matters using the insights and experience you have as the operations leader for your markets.
  • Develop processes, procedures, and policies that continuously improve performance and set the standard on the customer’s installation journey.
  • Manage the inventory process for both markets.
  • Champion a culture at Infinity that supports Better Living for our employees.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to ensure resources are proactively aligned with fluctuations in demand.
  • Ensure that all regulatory procedures and/or requirements regarding safety impacting the installation process are met.
  • Ensure all company purchase programs and vendor relationships are used appropriately to deliver compliance and cost containment.
  • Work with other managers and teams to focus on maintaining AR at the lowest level possible.
  • Base salary: $90,000 – $100,000

You’re a good fit if you have

  • A college degree
  • 2+ years of experience in home remodeling project management, construction project management, or installation management, with prior leadership experience preferred
  • The ability to make difficult business decisions that impact our employees, customers, and business financials
  • Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Past experience with MarketSharp is desired, but not required
  • Able to lift, push/pull, and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Able to stand for at least 6 hours per day.
  • Able to climb ladders, stairs, and kneel.
