JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Oversees the work of all administrative office employees to ensure they meet deadlines and company standards.
- Supervises, mentors, trains, and coaches office staff; delegates assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Interviews and trains new office employees insuring their path to success.
- Coordinates appointments and meetings; manages staff calendars and schedules.
- Greets visitors; answers incoming phone calls; delivers world class service to customers and personnel.
- Coordinates travel including flights, hotels, and vehicles; advises on expense report compliance ensuring financial accuracy by requiring employees provide accurate and detailed information about their expenses.
- Creates and presents office progress reports and works with management to improve office operations and procedures.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS Degree Preferred
- 5-8 years of Office Management Experience
- Ability to travel up to 20%
