DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will conduct contract file reviews of the agency’s Bureau of Contract Management, Office of Program Accountability and Program Support contracts. Acts as primary liaison to report and record findings of contract files to contract manager supervisors.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Reviewing contract manager contract files to ensure all reporting requirements, invoices, reporting trackers, invoice trackers, major maintenance fund (MMF) documents, service delivery documentation, schedule of allotment balances (SABs), administrative review monitoring documents and other required contract file information is completed and uploaded for agency contracts.

This position will also assist with review and monitoring of fiscal source documentation, compliance and reconciliation as required by F.S. 215.971 for recipient/subrecipient contracts. Requests and collects information from contracted providers necessary to conduct fiscal source compliance reviews.

Completes the contract file auditing report/template for all contract file reviews.

Tracks status of contract file reviews and results.

Communicates findings to the recipient/subrecipient Provider and input information into the Program Monitoring and Management System (PMM).

Performs other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, INCLUDING UTILIZATION OF EQUIPMENT, FOR THE POSITION:

Knowledgeable in Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) policies and procedures, the continuum of care of services and systems.

Ability to multi-task assignments and responsibilities.

Skills include systems analysis, data collection and interpretation, focusing and deciphering complicated subject matter.

Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing. Understand and Proficient in computer technology and systems applications of Microsoft Office, and other functional software programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets using formulas.

Contract management experience.

Experience conducting contract file reviews

Experience reviewing fiscal source documentation.

A valid driver’s license.
