We have an immediate need for a highly skilled TECHNICAL LEAD with ORACLE CLOUD HCM EXPERTISE to charter and lead implementation plans on Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll modules. You will need to demonstrate an ability to manage complexity well, influence people and indirectly manage a team to ensure the effective execution of complex initiatives and accomplish large scale goals

Responsibilities
- Implement & support HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations, and reports
- Lead Data Conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud for global organizations
- Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth
- Support Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors
- Collaborate with the offshore development team in delivering the project
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze, and take appropriate action to remediate issues
- Implement and support Oracle HCM cloud inbound and outbound integrations using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.
- Automate end to end integration using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services
- Develop fast formulas across HCM modules.
- Experience with customizations/personalization and approvals/workflows
- Develop ad-hoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Served as Technical Lead, implementing Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS applications
- Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience implementing/supporting HCM Cloud inbound & outbound integrations using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Technical Certifications
- Excellent interaction and communication skills are needed to work closely with clients
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus
Qualifications
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $100,060 – $199,510 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
