Job Description:
As a Oracle Cloud Project Manager, you will be a part of a team responsible for managing Onsite-Offshore resources, creating status reports, and developing a detailed project plan. While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills, as well as proven track record of application development with skills in Java, distributed cache technology and building scalable robust systems. In return you will have opportunity to gain exposure to designing, developing, and deploying applications to the internal/external cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Very good at managing users and working with stakeholders
- Must have Client facing experience
- Fluent in English
- Should have worked on creating Status Reports and conducted Sr. leadership and Steering committee reports
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, working closely with resource managers
- Develop a detailed project plan to deliver the project, and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationships with the client, vendors and all stakeholders
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in Program Manager with a minimum execution experience
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Mastering execution of different phases of an IT Project for Waterfall and/or Agile projects
- Excellent interpersonal, people management and communication skills
- Sense of prioritization and change management
- Proven leadership and ability to influence, remain calm and maintain focus on sustainable results within the team
- Results-oriented
- Good ability to deal with difficult stakeholders
- Dynamic, ability to work in a changing environment
- Bilingual (French/English)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nice to have PMP
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $91,000/Year to $128,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
