Organizational Change Management Analyst

Job Responsibilities

The Organizational Change Management Analyst (OCM) plays a key role in ensuring Lam’s internal Sales process software is adopted by our users and key stakeholders to meet their business objectives. The OCM Analyst focuses on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structure.

Other Job Responsibilities

  • Align leadership with the goals and objectives to successful project execution
  • Define and execute communication strategies to effectively share information with stakeholders
  • Grow and foster Sales Support and Sales Engineering at Lam.
  • Work with cross functional teams to expedite continuous improvement process
  • Discuss, collect and solicit feedback for improvements and develop presentation collateral
  • Perform end user sales training in both structured and unstructured forums

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree
  • Business Analysis
  • Business Training experience
  • Experience in collateral creation and presentation with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Works well in a team environment and has demonstrable strong cross functional team skills
  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing processes
  • Excellent analytical mindset

Salary and Benefits

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $119,000.00 – $255,000.00

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
