Our growing HR team is looking to fill the role of Organizational Change Management Manager. You will report to the HR Communications Director and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.
To be considered for Organizational Change Management, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Bachelor’s Degree (vocational or professional) in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience leading and implementing change management initiatives in large organizations
- Strong understanding of change theory to effectively carry out any change in a company
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency to interact with stakeholders at various levels
As Organizational Change Management Manager, you will:
- Create change management strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Develop and implement plans to manage change
- Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities
- Coach and mentor staff through the change process
- Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees
- Provide expert advice on handling a change in an organization
- Communicate change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in
- Work with the Learning and Development Team to create training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change
- Evaluate the success of change management initiatives
- Establish and maintain a repository of educational, informational, and change/process management material, tools, and documents.

The base pay range for this opportunity is $106,724.80 – $169,249.60 per year.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.
