Our Customer Service Reps, or CSR’s, work from our in-office call center delivering stellar customer service while handling outbound & inbound customer calls to schedule HVAC & plumbing maintenance & service appointments. Additionally, CSR’s handle a variety of other calls such as payment and refund processing, billing updates, and other job related tasks as assigned. This is a metric-based position with fun added incentives! Don’t have experience or knowledge in HVAC or plumbing? NO PROBLEM! We provide training and all the tools necessary to succeed! **This is an in-office position, we do not currently offer remote. Spanish speaking is a plus!**

Currently filling the following schedules:

  • Weekends: Friday-Monday
    • 4 10-hour shifts 8/8:30am-7:00pm
    • Weekend pay differential!

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls
  • Making/handling high volume of outbound calls
  • Respond to e-mail inquiries
  • Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians
  • Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
  • Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-year customer service experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
