We are searching for an Out-of-App Marketing Manager focused on the title lifecycle marketing, supporting priority content across channel partners. This person will be owning emails and PUSH notifications channels, planning content strategy, segmentation, experimentation, and calendaring process. They will also be responsible for creating marketing campaigns driving channel/title-level engagement and acquisition goals and KPIs. They will collaborate cross-functionally, working with design, product and business teams, to align on creative, testing plans and content strategy. This role works closely with internal teams and across multiple functional areas including product management, product marketing, media, vendor management, design and marketing.
The ideal candidate will have sharp instincts for compelling merchandising, marketing and promotions, aptitude for data analysis, and a passion for continuous improvement through testing. Key job responsibilities
• Craft and execute outbound campaigns for bespoke content launches driving anticipation, acquisition, engagement and retention strategies
• Work with storefront merchandizing team to collaborate on title-launch calendar and merchandizing support
• Optimize on customer segmentation strategies, and devise effective data-driven targeting strategies
• Conduct testing to prove title performance optimization
• Analyze campaign/program/channel performance data and present to leadership/key stakeholders during business reviews
• Identify opportunities for content efficiency and automation (creative, campaign builds, copy, etc), and working cross-functionally to implement them

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
– Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

– Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks

The base pay for this position ranges from $64,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market.
