Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our team in 2024. Responsibilities will include:
Project Preparation
- Partner with Project Team to serve as a resource to help develop comprehensive understanding of project strategy and deploy throughout preconstruction
- Ensure proper set-up of and adherence to established best practices/processes.
- Verifies that projects are set up in compliance with published guidelines
- Partner with estimating, project management and other key team members
Project Scheduling
- Works with project teams to ensure that the project is set up with a viable schedule, including procurement.
- Transitions project to construction phase
- Verifies that teams are inputting issues into the schedule real-time to verify impact to project critical path.
- Reconcile discrepancies from actual vs planned process and drive recovery process for projects facing scheduling
- Leverages available software to mitigate risks and increase visibility, communication and accountability for all Keep up to date with industry and software advancements.
- Ensures accuracy when maintaining and organizing
People Development
- Coach and fill in gaps for construction operations staff who need scheduling support
Qualifications
- Software proficiency in P6 is required
- 2-5 years of construction Lean construction experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree (relevant to construction is a major plus)
- Understanding of construction principles, practices, procedures, means
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
- Demonstrated initiative, follow through, resourcefulness, efficiency and attention
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new software and ability to quickly learn organization structure

NYC Base Salary Range: $81,000 – $147,000 The range stated is specific to New York City. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
