PAID INTERNSHIP – SAP SD

Position Summary:

SAP SD Intern will assist the SD team in organizing SD related helpdesk tickets. Additionally, the intern will help the team in analyzing SD data that need cleanup. Also, the person in this role will assist in documentation of SD related business processes as well as assist in some ongoing project related tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with SD team in analyzing SAP tables that need cleanup and updates. This will require usage of excel and vlookup function
  • Inclined to learn new technology and SAP software
  • Document business and IT processes
  • Utilize and maintain helpdesk ticketing system
  • Assists in creating technical documentation and manuals
  • Create and execute test cases in Panaya systems.
  • Help coordinate testing activities with offshore teams.
  • Test Monstershop site for any cosmetic and technical defects.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of data maintenance and related coursework
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with global team/end-users
  • 1 year experience in customer service and/or a troubleshooting environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
  • Good understanding of computer and software systems
  • SAP experience a Plus
  • Must be detail oriented and with good analytical skills

Pay Rate: $16.00
