JOB DETAILS
Base Pay: $16.00 per hour, plus $1.50 in shift differential per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment in a fast-paced production setting, with an emphasis on safety and quality
- Operate crane
- Utilize scanning equipment
- Utilize computers, basic skills needed
- Inspect work visually for defects according to Quality Systems
- Serve as a positive role model consistent with CBB’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- Collaborate with team members and Supervisor to help team achieve targets
- Provide cost saving suggestions and ideas to improve production and eliminate waste
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred minimum of 1-3 years’ Experience in high production manufacturing environment
- Ability to work safe in a safe environment
- Ability to produce a quality product
- Be dependable and punctual
- Ability to read and understand job instructions
- Ability to accurately use measuring devices
- Physical dexterity to operate machinery
- Ability to frequently stand, sit, perform reaching pinching, gripping, pushing, pulling, twisting, and bending
