As our Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will work closely with our attorneys to manage cases in the areas of personal injury and employment discrimination. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting research, preparing trial exhibits, and communicating with clients. Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in managing cases involving personal injury and employment discrimination
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses
- Prepare trial exhibits and visual aids
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Conduct legal research using online resources and legal databases
- Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances
- Manage case files and organize documents
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury and/or employment discrimination
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal database programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal assistant certification a plus

The pay for this position is $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year, medical, dental and vision coverage. This position includes a bonus based upon the practice area’s performance.
