Our client, a respected boutique litigation law firm located in the heart of downtown Arlington, Texas, is seeking an experienced and proactive Paralegal to their our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to manage all aspects of complex litigation cases.
- Assist in legal research, document preparation, and case strategy development.
- Handle document management, including discovery and file organization.
- Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
- Support attorneys during trial preparation and court proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Contribute to the firm’s teamwork-oriented approach to case management.
- Handle secretarial duties on certain days, providing variety and an engaging work environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a litigation/personal injury setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in legal work.
- Proficiency in legal research, document management, and litigation support.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Flexibility to switch between secretarial and paralegal duties as needed.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- A dedication to upholding ethical standards in legal practice.
